Saturday Tradition

Guess what our new Saturday morning tradition is now that it's the "off season"?
Yup, we're hitting the beach!

It was perfect.
Not too hot. Not too cold.
And there was hardly anyone there.
Gotta love being the "locals" now!

Check out our little beach boy here.
He absolutely loved it!
He was going non-stop the entire time we were there.
He loved just being able to go wherever, do whatever, and get into whatever.
(That doesn't happen very often so he was definitely taking advantage of it...)

He was constantly pointing at things.
It's one of my favorite things about him lately.
He's so interested in everything around him.

 Walking all over the place!

Once again, too distracted by his surrounding to pose for a picture with Daddy.
Love my two boys!

Checking out the ocean here.
Loved how warm the water was!

 Like father, like son.
It's so much fun to watch these two together!

He was eating a lot of sand...
Not sure why he kept doing it but we got a pretty good laugh out of it!
(Does that make us bad parents? Oh well...)

Definitely had one dirty little boy on our hands afterwards!

Wasn't too happy that I was stopping him from his adventures to try and get a picture with him...
Oh well, that's just what moms do!

Loving our new Saturday morning tradition!
(Funny how Lawson is still eating sand in this pictures also...)
It's so nice to just hit the beach for a few hours early in the morning.
Great way to start off the weekends!

Here's a little video I caught of Lawson.
His newest word is "birdie" and he loved running after all the seagulls trying to catch up to them.
(Sorry about the sound. Kinda hard to get away from all the wind when at the beach!)

Here's another video of him just running around.
He seriously was going all over the place the entire time and hardly stopped for a second!
Enjoy!
